COVID-19 UPDATE

This is a challenging time for all of us, and our hearts go out to everyone affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. We’re monitoring this situation, and we strive to comply with guidance and regulations from government and public health authorities within our operating borders.

The coronavirus crisis is creating extraordinary difficulties for everyone, in ways that none of us could ever have predicted. International travel has been brought to a complete standstill by government measures to contain the pandemic and this has led to hundreds of thousands of holidays being affected.

With the entry of the Covid-19 Vaccine, it’s a clear sign that life, including travel, are likely to get back to normal one day. Assuming that vaccines also protect against most virus mutations as well as against spreading the virus, COVID restrictions should end once herd immunity is achieved.

Until vaccines are readily available, COVID-19 tests will remain a necessary part of travel. However, testing is getting easier and more accurate—for example, there’s a new test (supposedly 99 percent accurate) that uses a mouthwash-like swish, not a nose swab.

Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and our team members and we are constantly working to help everyone stay safe while continuing to serve you and your business.

To our customers,

We have always prioritized the safety of our customers, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. The new-norm of travelling requires a different mind-set not like before, there are various tests you have to undergo, pre and post departure, travelling with groups will be no longer as it was before, due to the social distancing directives, the numbers have to be reduced and many more.

As you know, safety recommendations — including those for our customers and staff — can and will likely change in accordance to the Ministry of Health and our government recommendations. You can count on us to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations.

We encourage you to stay safe. This includes practicing safe social distancing. We are thinking about our customers and look forward to serving you again in the future. Until then, connect with us virtually online via our website and social media channels. This is where you’ll find any updates on how we are managing the safety of you and our staff. We’ll also share tips on how to continue to stay healthy and well.

What to expect from us

Unfortunately, there is no telling when things will be “back to normal” in any sense. Rest assured that we’re doing our best to keep you informed and taking every precaution to help flatten the curve. We are carefully monitoring the situation (just like you) and, at this moment, cannot provide an estimated time of reopening. The most important thing is to make sure the full opening in the future happens in a safe environment. We’re all in this together, learning together, and adapting together.

Our commitment to you is unshaken. We are in this together and we’re fully dedicated to delivering the best travelling experience.

Even in times when we can't give our clients and team the ability to create travel dreams, we want them to keep dreaming and embrace and maintain the human connection we all need during these trying times.

We’re confident that as a team, we will get through this unprecedented time with minimal interruptions.

We wish everyone the best of health.
